Judge's arguments for Mary being accused of the murder of Patrick:

1. She destroyed the evidence by letting the detectives eat the “murder weapon”.
2. She betrayed her husband although he offered to still take care of her.
3. She tricked the detectives and Sam.
4. She killed Patrick without any reason.
5. She concealed the murder from the authorities.

Judge's arguments against Mary being accused of the murder of Patrick:
1. It was Patrick’s fault as he wanted to divorce with her , breaking the wedding oath.
2. Mary was unconscious about what she was doing and accidentally killed Patrick.
3. Patrick should have told Mary earlier before she was pregnant.
4. Patrick should not leave Mary when she was with child as it is also his responsibility to take care of the child.
5. Mary could not control her emotions when she killed Patrick.
6. Mary could not bear the thought that Patrick was going to leave her.
7. Mary did not intend to kill Patrick and it was an accident.
